Fagnoon Arts School is a 5 acre art studio giving an open place for anyone to explore their artistic potential. It’s one of the few places where bot parents and children can spend a few hours away from the noisy and polluted city. It has become one of Egypt’s most popular destinations for young and old, Egyptian and non-Egyptian. Families are allowed to bring their own food and drinks for a picnic. There are different activities & workshops available for children. There is an entry fee of 25 LE per child. Parents do not pay a charge unless they are taking part.
In 2010, the Social Entrepreneurship Akademie (SEA) was established as a joint initiative by the four university-based entrepreneurship centers in Munich. Under the slogan „Education for societal change“ this unique network organization educates social entrepreneurs or social changemakers. The Hackney Pirates is an enterprising charity working to develop the literacy, confidence and perseverance of young people (aged 9-12) in Hackney, so that they achieve both in school and in the world beyond. They work together with local schools, families and volunteers to deliver unique real-world learning projects in an unconventional learning environment, the Ship of Adventures.
Social change designers looking to bring together different worlds to create 1000 social enterprises in hard to reach places. Their pilot took place in Eldoret, Western Kenya with the aim to test whether human-centred design and social enterprise training could prove viable for long-term sustainability and social impact in developing countries. _SocialStarters believe that it’s through social entrepreneurship training that some of the world’s most pressing challenges can have solutions found for them. By now, _SocialStarters runs various programmes for career breakers and career changers (i.e. skilled professionals, freelancers, aspiring social changers) in developing countries such as India, Brasil, Sri Lanka and the Philippines.
GROW is passionate about empowering the young in our communities: They do so by providing them with vast opportunities through practical learning. Their objective is to equip them with the necessary skills that will aid them into stepping into their career path or to get them back into the job market.. The programme is aimed at unemployed youth aged 18 -25 years old. The GLA is active at three hubs. RLabs Bridetown HQ, Youth Cafe Rocklands and RLab Iringa Tanzania.
Reconstructed Living Lab (RLabs) is a global movement and registered Social Enterprise that provides innovative solutions to address various complex problems. It was founded by Marlon Parker in 2008 as an environment for community driven innovation and reconstruction. RLabs creates an environment where people are empowered to make a difference in the lives of others. The RLabs “main hub” is in Athlone, Cape Town but have activity in the United Kingdom, Europe, Asia, South America and Africa.
Its core activities are skills and training, community development, social and disruptive innovation, mobile and internet solutions, social enterprise incubation, impact investing and social franchising.
The Experience Factory is a social enterprise which leverages part-time professionals against inexperienced new graduates to provide consulting services. It is designed to give unemployed graduates the opportunity to show and groom their skills by putting them in a real life working environment. The programme is designed to groom Talents of the Future (TOFs) over a period of two years in different industries and under different mentors in order to pinpoint their individual shortcomings and assist them by putting them through professional training on specific skills. The services they offer are all preliminary directed into consulting and project management.
The Tunisian Center for Social Entrepreneurship is the first big step toward unlocking social innovation and developing social entrepreneurship in Tunisia, with four major areas of focus:
Educating about social needs and innovations/ promoting social entrepreneurship
Identifying and incubating social innovation in Tunisia
Advocating for a better legislation to encourage such initiatives
Strengthen exposure to international social entrepreneurship networks, funds and investors

Educate-Me is a registered Egyptian non-profit foundation (registration number 8418) that was founded in 2010 and aspires to redefine education in Egypt.
Through a grass-roots community-based and community-driven model, Educate-Me serves underprivileged communities with a vision of giving every child the knowledge, skills and attitudes that enables him/her to have the freedom and opportunity to aspire to their dreams.
Their mission is to improve the state of well-being of financially underprivileged children in Egypt through developing and delivering a self-directed learning program that empowers them to pursue their dreams.
OnPurpose is a leadership programme for professionals who will use the power of business to make a difference in the world.
OnPurpose equips associates (programme participants) with the experience, skills and networks they need to make a real difference in social enterprises and to become future managers, leaders, employers and innovators in the sector. During the programme, Associates work on two different six-month placements with purpose-driven organisations.
OnPurpose is based in both London (UK) and Berin (Germany).
